Returns & Exchanges

At Maison Kémeti , we are committed to offering you elegant and carefully crafted African dresses. However, if an item does not suit you, you have 3 days from receipt of your order to make a return subject to the conditions below.

No exchanges are possible. If you would like a different size or model, you will need to place a new order after your return has been refunded.

1. Return Conditions

You can return an item within 3 days of receipt if:

  • It is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered).
  • It comes with its original label and packaging.
  • It is not one of the items excluded from return (see section 3).

Return costs are your responsibility , except in the event of an error on our part (incorrect item, manufacturing defect).

2. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at misskemeti@outlook.fr within 3 days of receipt, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days .

3. Items not eligible for returns

  • Products on sale or on promotion.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Underwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

4. Refunds

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • It takes 3 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
  • In the event of a partial return of an order benefiting from a reduction, the amount refunded will be recalculated according to the conditions of the promotional offer.

5. Defective product or order error

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the affected product. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund once we receive the item.
