Return Policy – Maison Kemeti

At Maison Kemeti, each piece is carefully crafted to flatter all body shapes. If an item does not suit you, you have 3 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

 

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted if:

• The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered),

• It is returned with its tag intact and in its original packaging,

• It is not among the excluded products (see section 3),

• The request is made within 3 days of receipt.

Any product returned under the right of withdrawal must be returned in its entirety, including any gifts or items offered during the order.
Otherwise, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Return or Exchange Procedure

1. Contact us at misskemeti@outlook.fr within 3 days of receipt, stating your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange.

2. We will send you instructions for returning the product and, if desired, available options for an exchange.

3. Return the item to the following address:

⚠️ Returns or exchanges via relay points are not accepted.

 

3. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

• Sale or promotional products

• Personalized or custom-made pieces

• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

 

4. Refund

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

• It is issued via the payment method used for the order.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Exchange

• If you opt for an exchange, we will send you the new item upon receipt of the returned item (subject to availability).

• If the desired item is no longer available, a credit or refund will be offered.
