  • Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but items will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

2. Order and Payment

  • Orders are validated after payment confirmation.

  • Secure payments are accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and PayPal .

  • A confirmation email is sent with the order summary.

  • Maison Kemeti reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or non-payment.

3. Delivery and Returns

  • Shipping : We guarantee delivery within 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

  • Delivery methods : Packages are shipped via trusted carriers with a tracking number.

  • Shipping costs : automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Returns : You have 3 days after receipt to return an item if it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • For any returns or exchanges, please contact us by email before sending your package.
